The course is designed to enhance students’ knowledge of educational research methods via critical exploration of philosophies, research language, designs, ethics and politics. It facilitates the actual use of educational research methods to provide students with an opportunity to link the theories, philosophies, concepts and designs with their profession. Topics include; the educational research framework, ethics, data collection, data analysis and current developments in educational research.
