The Recruitment, Admissions and Registration (RAR) department is one of the core areas within student services and falls under the Office of the Campus Registrar.   This department is responsible for processing all undergraduate and graduate programme applications, campus transfers,  registration requests, leave of absence, deferrals, programme withdrawals, site transfers and other administrative services.

The RAR office is located on Esmond D. Ramesar Centre, Soogrim Trace, Off Narsaloo Ramaya Road Chaguanas, Trinidad and Tobago
