Long before this year's theme on femicide for #16daysofactivism was announced by the UN, we wanted to discuss gender based violence in the context of older citizens. We decided to still keep our focus on senior citizens.
Join us on Tuesday December 6, 2022 @ 7 PM AST/ 6 PM EST for our panel discussion: Gender Based Violence Against Older Citizens: An Eye on Elder Abuse. We have an expert panel waiting for you and your questions.

It's that time of year again where entities engaged in gender work raise awareness about gender based violence in commemoration of the #16daysofactivism and the International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women and Children (IDEVAW) on November 25.
WAND UWI Open Campus will be represented by Kelly-Ann Knight at the upcoming webinar organised by the Department of Government, Sociology, and Social Work, UWI Cave Hill Campus on December 1, 2022, 11 am AST.
The Representative of UN Women MCO Caribbean will also present.
